A Memorial Day tribute to my uncle RJ. PFC Reuben James Jordan, Jr. U.S. Army 395th Infantry 99th Division known as Butler's Blue Battlin' Bastards that was one of the few units not to give ground to the Germans at the Battle of the Bulge. He died March 6, 1945 as they readied for the push across the Rhine. Buried at Henri-Chappelle American Cemetery in Belgium. I originally made this for my mother as she had never been able to visit his burial site. I met a friend from Belgium through a Garth Brooks fan website and he visited the museum to take the pictures for me. Edited for Fair Use but I did talk to the songwriter once to explain how I used the song and he approved.
