As a woman who had a 36 FFF BRA size. I started heavy lifting and it stopped the pain in my lower back. So you’re 100% correct. I still went and got a breast reduction tho lol

Tnx to you guys I have less back pain. I have lupus and had a lot of pain. I was searching for a good training. The deadlift did it for me, it is the starting point of my day and I have more energy. It turned my life completely. Thanks for that.

Learning the proper body mechanics for deadlifts has helped me correct my sitting posture, which helps immensely with my sedentary job. I really enjoy your workouts! 😊

I must say that I love the follow along format for the summer ready challenge. The instructions in the background really help me remember how to do the exercise properly because I have a tendency to feel pain in my lower back from doing it incorrectly.

I hope everyone isnt also harassing you for working out while pregnant. I have 4 kids. My last baby i did your workouts 5+ days a week (at the end, just paying attention to my body and modifying the few specific exercises experts say to modify during pregnancy). I felt strong, healthy and incredible. You guys are awesome! Thanks for the insight. People were so mean to me just for using 10 lb dumbbells while pregnant 🤣 lollllllll

I did dead lifts incorrectly and had severe back pain for 2 weeks. It was definitely my fault. TBH, I’m scared to do them now because that pain was awful.

Deadlifts are my favorite ❤️

Thank you! 👏 👏 👏 👏

I’m just wondering what the long term effects are on your body? For heavy lifting in general: im no expert but I feel like our bodies aren’t meant to handle heavy lifting regularly and will deteriorate faster, causing so many issues once you’re in the elder years. Am I wrong? I really want to know because I’m into lifting but also want to be able to move independently and effectively when I’m 60+ 😅

Right on!!!

Question: With dumbell deadlifts, I assume I should be feeling that more primarily in my glutes as I should have a tight core and activate my glutes to reduce the strain on my lower back as I stand back up? Or am I way off?
-
Absolutely 💪🏾
