I love that Sir Anthony Hopkins won Best Actor and he couldn’t have cared less!! He was off doing something far more important, attending to the grave of his father, and couldn’t be bothered with the Hollywood nonsense.

Just imagine if the Hollywood stars from the 30s 40s 50s and 60s and 70s could see what the Oscars have turned into, I honestly think they would get physically ill.

The fact that they berated and belittled the police so that they could pat themselves on the back about making a movie and then have 1/4 of the LAPD and LACSD guard them while they were denigrated onstage is very telling and ironic.
