I am willing to pay congestion pricing when the city starts requiring cyclists to carry registration, plates, and insurance. Yes, they will have to pay the congestion fee too.

Watch how much more expensive ur lattes, kale shakes & everything else is gonna get if CP were to be enacted. I bet you'll change ur tune. Plus, i know truckers who said they'll either drastically cut back deliveries or stop altogether if CP gets push thru so be careful what you wish for, folks.
