Ok the imprinting thing of the werewolves doesn't get explain as much as it should and people always get it wrong. The wolves all have a soulmate. But see the term soulmate isn't always a romantic relationship. It can be romantic. It can be mother and daughter. Teacher and student. Brother and sister. Best friend and best friend. Fate guides you to the person your life is tide to. Once you see them you can never be apart from them. And nether can the other person. It's supposed to be a magical life fulfillment for them. But the roles for the two people in the relationship can change depending on the situation. And no matter what role fate gives them both parties feelings are completely genuine. Jacob never imprinted on Bella he just fell with her the regular human because technically he's human.

I think one of the books highlights what Edward said- the Volturi did want to get rid of most of the Cullens to force Edward and Alice to join them. If Aro decided to destroy the family, they know Alice would see it since she is watching him. The easiest way was to let Jane decide to allow Victoria to act out her plan and they pick up the pieces. The members only show up to save face...like "oh we were about to step in to stop this but you guys beat us to it" kinda thing. Otherwise other vampires may accuse the Volturi of corruption and attempt to overthrow their leadership

Also, the books give a lot of answers to your questions. 1. The Voltouri didn't want to take care of the vampire army & Victoria for themselves because they knew The Cullens were watching their decisions. Their action would confirm to The Cullens their every move. 2. Edward is a virgin LOL 3. Jasper is (by age) an old vampire. He lived during the Civil War and was a Confederate army soldier. But he is NEWLY turned vegan and is still somewhat strong because of it. He also struggles with human blood because he's new.

Jasper was just the most recent to have stopped feeding on human blood. That's why going to school was a struggle for him in the first movie

In the Rosalie Hale part of the story, I always cried because if you look at it, it is the story of women who suffer or suffered those types of things 😥

Also although Bella is supernatural she is human so it is possible to have feelings the regular way. So she can fall in love the normal way. So she unknowingly falls for jacob the human way. But she didn't know. In new moon she thought it was a crush and didn't think that it wasn't possible because she already found her eternal soulmate. And in that moment that she got mad a Edward about jacob Edward realized she did love him. Bella had to kiss jacob because the wolves have an issue with their emotions that can get them killed. Jacob was mad because he thought he still had chance with Bella and Bella kissed him because she had to show that she actually did have feelings for him at one point. Bella and Edward were ok with the whole jacob love thing because it made sense of how it happened in new moon. Because edward left in new moon, which lead to Bella unknowingly falling for Jacob. But both Bella and Edward know that it doesn't compare to the soulmate love that they have.

I like that sometimes y'all pitch down the songs and I get like a little peak of slowed and reverbed Twilight music. Always a treat.
