Manhattan prosecutors said they would not oppose Donald Trump's request to delay the sentencing in his hush money trial as he looks to have the conviction overturned following the SCOTUS ruling that granted broad immunity protections to presidents. This comes as American lawyer Rudy Giuliani has been disbarred after 'false' statements on Trump's 2020 election. Former President Trump described the SCOTUS ruling as a 'Big win for our constitution and democracy. Proud to be an American!'

If he actually made false claims, I could see disbarment if a lawyer knowing makes false claims in a courtroom, but outside the courtroom sounds like freedom of speech.

On the Rudy Giuliani case; Rudy has been disbarred for having a first Amendment Right to his own political speech. New York has determined that substantive disagreement with government narratives will get Rudy Disbarred.
