Listening to your grandparents always makes me miss the ones who adopted my children and myself after my divorce...so they would still have Italian grandparents. One of the greatest blessings ever shared with me!

People think that making fresh pasta is hard. It really is not. I make ravioli's, the noodles for my chicken noodle soup, and pizza dough. I wouldn't like it any other way😋😅 "Now both of us fart like crazy."🤣🤣 I am in love with love🥰 Nonna and Nonno are absolutely amazing. They are a lovely couple. Your nonna is exactly right about letting the dough relax. What happens is the water in the dough penetrates into the flour particles, instead of just surrounding them. You do that with bread, too. Your nonna has professional skills!! Thank her from us for sharing her know-how with us. Man, I love watching nonna cook... I just love your grandparents. They deserve that silver button! Who knew Nonna would have a successful career after all her kids were grown up? As for her machine, she knows best what works. Don't get in her way, just let her work her magic!
