I am a marksman, but I still watch these type of videos because I can never stop learning to make my techniques better or make adjustments. This is an excellently done short video. A+

Man let me just tell you, I have been looking all day for a video that is perfect to send to my mother. I’m talking everyone with a million subscribers and 100k likes. All 30 minute videos. They all skip the basics. Yet say the video is about basics. After almost a full day of looking, Bam a 7 year old video that’s only 5 minutes and hits on exactly everything it needs to. You deserve more subscribers man.

As a new Glock owner, I have viewed many tutorials and I have to say that this is one that I feel is truly helpful. Articulate, systematic, well paced video. He knows his topic and is a very good instructor!
  • @memorris2
Bro....your camera focusing game is spectacular! Never seen anyone do a better job of showing sight picture!
  • @647lapua5
thanks for the demonstration, the trigger finger placement info helped my shooting
  • @jakesnake66
this is probably the single best video I've ever watched, definitely the most good info passed on in 5 min. Awesome production and editing! Just fantastic.

I’m relatively new to shooting but have been practicing a lot…and the push-pull tip was a game changer. Game changer!! 100x better today. 10 shts within 8 inches from 10 yards. That’s not gonna win any awards but before this tip my guy on the target looked like he had the measles when I was done.
  • This video helped me in so many ways as a novice shooter. Especially when you wrap your other hand completely around the hand that is on the pistol. That helped stabilize the gun so much and I was definitely struggling to hit the target and it’s definitely because I was not having my finger on the trigger like you explained it correctly. It was always heading to the right. You’ve help me nail down some key elements here. Thank you so much.
  • I'm glad people are taking interest to post videos like this You should never stop learning and training. .

Excellent video, BroomStick Tactical. One of the better handgun accuracy demonstrations on YouTube. So in other words, the only sight picture I should see while lined up on the center of the target is a fuzzy rear sight, a fuzzy bull's eye, but a clear front sight which I haven't been doing. Great lesson. I subscribed.
  • I am extremely impressed by this video! Amazing how you were able to film all of that. This was so helpful! Thank you!
  • @EZALAS
Really enjoyed your advice on "pushing" out with the right hand while "pulling" in with the left hand to create a pressure counterbalance on the gun to improve accuracy. Can't wait to try that on the shooting range. Thank you sir.
  • As a beginner, I really appreciate the info presented here. Thanks. Great demo on trigger finger placement.
  • I appreciate the tips. I'll do some dry fire practice. I've gotten my pistol marksmanship down to about 6" @ 25m, but I'm training for a 2" group in a 5 round volley. I was researching for a laser, but if I pay attention to what I already have, you've shown my weapon already has everything I need to practice. Thanks man.
  • @Krunchbyte1
As soon as you said push/pull, I had it down rock solid. Thank you very much for your help.
  • @51gofish
This vid is a great wrap up of all the techniques needed to hit the target in tight groups. He did not talk about breathing. That is the factor that keeps the gun steady.
  • @Gitfidlpickr
This is one of the best videos I have seen on the anatomy of pistol shot and especially the weaver and isosceles stance. Many say the words but cannot actually tell how to do it. The discussion of the finger on the trigger is excellent (too far, not enough, best) and of sight alignment. So there are all the elements of a good pistol shot: grip. stance, sight alignment and trigger (add breath control .. stop breathing as you align the sights) . This is the Olympic profile .. but to become an Olympian you must master all of them ..with this video you know HOW .. so get to work. (and join NRA)
  • 27 July 2019 - Thank you! Everything was clearly worded and explained. It is amazing how focus on the front sight is the key.
  • @fixedrider5912
I had a few issues with accuracy at the range today with my 43x. I think you thoroughly covered all of the points I needed to review. Well done and thank you.
