I really enjoyed it. Hopefully, we will get longer versions of this type of meditation... 30, 45, 60 minutes, even though it was perfect in length , I just didn't want to leave that blissful moment. Thank you for this 💛 😊

Super Calming Meditation - This one works! This meditation works quickly and I just followed your relaxing voice. Definitely quicker and much more effective at relieving my anxiety. Am putting this on repeat.

Liked it, mostly worked for me. Two remarks though: most ppl I know wear ear or even headphones during meditation. So do I. The whole ear rubbing I had to skip. Later, your instructions include a lot of arm holding: first on your ears, then on your eyes, then on your heart. I have strong arms and still they got tired from being held up the whole time while trying to maintain an upright position. Shoulders take over and inevitabilly one gets tight between the shoulder blades, unless you let yourself fall into a slouching position. Nothing dramatic here but it drags away the attention from the overall experience. As I said, I enjoyed nonetheless.
