Here in the Cincinnati area, they did a program called "Juvenile Court" about 45 years ago that was pretty similar. It's available on youtube.

This is incredibly well-acted on everyone's part. Far more realistic than television and movies. So great to see the young actor with a smile on his face. He should move out to Hollywood.
