Why Hashirama vs Roger is not close

One thing I think could also be mentioned in Hashirama's favor is the Deity Gates, which are stated to seal the opponents willpower, which could debatably negate Roger's Haki even if you don't use verse equalization. We haven’t even seen any true Roger feats. We saw him kinda beat Oden with no effort and a smile on his face. And we saw him stalemate WB with a smile—didn’t seem like they were trying to kill each other. Seemed more like an aggressive spar

Madara had to get EMS just to use perfect susanoo just to slice a mountain.... Meanwhile Garp while in base, just casually punch mountains as a warmup 😂

Respectable. Personally, I think it's the latter, for the reasons you stated. I just scale differently, but I have to respect the effort you put in, especially for a character we know little about. Now, someone debated on this before and asked where I place Hashirama in OP. Still believe he is admiral level, which I feel is fair, but like I said, I just scale differently. I do see what you saying though. -There is something I noticed before. People actually underrate future sight. What you said wasn't wrong, but people don't realize it's the actual future. They compare it to part 1 Sasuke sharingan when its more like Madara's "game" mangekyo sharingan. Just a heads up.

massive lowball for Rogers speed by basing it of only SoL reaction at Wano. Luffy had SoL reaction time even in pre timeskip. And since then he has learned advanced observation haki and power cliffed massively in whole cake island

Roger can also use ryou haki (advance armament) being a swordsman of his level.

IF Whitebeard was truly planetary, it was only thanks to the Gura Gura’s tectonic power. Roger, who’s relative to WB, sure as hell ain’t planetary. Because haki alone could never make anyone planetary

I agree with everything except speed because you forgot to mention luffy gained the speed of his gear 4th in base at whole cake and then went on to get even stronger in wano gaining that even faster speed to his base once again so you forgot some multipliers

After reading One Piece Wb isn’t planetary. Not 1 feat. Sengoku isn’t a reliable source as he’s never seen Wb destroy a Planet. The reason for the exaggeration is to make sure the marines take the fight serious but there’s still nothing backing up Wb being planetary. Along with Sabaody not being that far from Marineford.
