Truly a virtuoso orchestra. I can never understand why this orchestra is not better known internationally.

One more reason to be proud of my motherland: to be able to read comments from all over the world praising our magnificent orchestra. Thank you very much for continuing to make us think that a better world is possible.

This is without doubt the most beautiful recording of The Planets I have ever heard. I actually cried at 25:18. So beautiful.
  • Slobodeniouk's work with the orchestra (meaning before the performance) is simply wonderful. Every player looks so committed and concentrated, they really look like they understand their job is important. No room for routine here and the execution is powerful and flawless. Bravo OSG!!

Dima, you must come West and conduct in America orchestras. You are top flight! The orchestra loves you and when they love you, they love your technique. You have it in spades! Kudos to the SinfonicadeGalicia! You are one helluva orchestra! Right up there with many of the US orchestras! I can see accomplishment in all of your faces! Go on tour! You are a resplendent orchestra and the world needs to know about you!

What a great orchestra! Wonderful solos! The rhythmic accuracy and precision of the ensemble playing is without equal. The technical aspects of the production (sound and camera work) are perfect.
