Iā€™m at my job for 3 months and I honestly held on long enough. Felt like something was off since my supervisors were not that great and barely gave any training before saying ā€œwhy donā€™t you know anythingā€. Then I began looking into past employees and most of them lasted 3-6 months only. Finally understood it wasnā€™t me, itā€™s them.
  • Trust me donā€™t do something you donā€™t like donā€™t force yourself to do it you will be stressed out

I'm a month in and trying my best to stay positive because my co-workers seem very nice and the job is quite good on paper. I just dread going into work every day (and I've worked plenty of jobs that are much less coveted that I enjoyed more).

I just started a job that I thought was gonna be fun and interesting but itā€™s extremely boring and honestly just sucks the life out of me

More good info....however John, I hear people always say don't burn bridges, but there are some bridges I don't plan to have to cross again. ..lol! If you're being violated and mistreated at a company why would you want to go back. I support "burning bridges" for the right reasons. Again, great info.

Employment agreements are just there for you to feel good about your work initially. Forget it. If you have an issue with your job, JUST MOVE ON AND FIND ANOTHER JOB.

I'm sorry but a job that didn't keep me for 2 weeks isn't getting a 2 week notice.
  • @Laine2539
Iā€™ve only been there a week, not a good fit. Probably wonā€™t use them in my resume. Like it never happenedā€¦

I've been there for under two weeks, still in training and I get a sinking feeling everytime I know I have to work. I feel guilty because it's a highly sought after position that not just anyone can get, but I am miserable. I'm curious if they would let me go immediately because I'm still training..I feel so guilty.

I'm putting in notice tomorrow after a month. I was so excited and networked a lot to get into this group. Now I see the inner workings and it is not a good fit at all. This is helpful. I'm going to be hella brief.
  • Love these philosophical life approach videos. Iā€™m about to quit a job a just started so I can totally relate to this.

K so I started a new job last week. I worked for 4 days and took off on Friday and today because itā€™s stressing. They make me feel like i have to know everything already even when Iā€™m training and I like want to quit but feel guilty

this is my first job and I've been working here for a little over a month. i feel really bad since they're nice people and are very understaffed atm but I really feel like I'll be happier somewhere else. I'll get a second job first before i quit
  • I am quitting because it does not make sense being underpaid and I can make a lot with my skill. My skill is very demanding
  • I am possibly going to quit a job I literally just started. But, it's not because I don't want the job. It's because my boss is demeaning and rude. To me and sometimes even worse to my co workers. Severe micro managing as well. To work in the environment is making excelling a problem, and it's too bad, because I am otherwise enjoying my work, and it works well for me schedule wise and financially in my situation. So, I am very disappointed. It took me a while to get a new job after I was laid off.

I started my new job at Wendyā€™s and Iā€™ve only been there for two days but a fast paced environment just doesnā€™t work for me and It terribly stresses me out. The people are amazing and soooo nice. Iā€™m an extreme introvert and feel like working in a store might suit me better. I just am disappointed in myself that I couldnā€™t keep up.
  • Literally a week in an the job definitely isnā€™t for me an this video definitely helped so much, appreciate you.
  • @lanacherie184
Great video. And being brief is great I don't want to have to say a lot and want to get it over with short and sweet
