I take the Clarity Remix as a sort of recognition that Porter is now proud of what he once refused to put his name on because it was destined for the radio. I feel like because of this remix, he's looked back into the music he's made in the past, and becoming willing to accept the stuff he's done in the past as part of what made him become who he is today, and willing to take ownership of it, even if he knows it's not the direction he was meant to go

This was the biggest surprise from the performance. I don’t think anyone saw that one coming haha. I’ve followed porter his entire career and now that I think of it, I don’t ever recall him playing clarity ever.
