Chances to get pinned: Most of the time the more popular or new a video is the more comments it has. These are the main factors influencing the chance of being pinned. Now sometimes youtubers pin their comment themselves this would reduce the chance of being pinned to a 0%, for those who do not however it depends on the amount of views they get. If we look at sory-rns most popular video, which has around 100k, we get a total of 356 comments so it is a 1/356 chance to get pinned. On average he gets 10k views and around 150 comments(Note:This is much less actually since replies are also counted as comments), so its around 1 in 151 chance on average, but this comment section has around 47(rn atleast) at max so it is a 1 in 48 rn.
