Napoleon would literally be dying of laughter. He had an embargo on Britain and failed. Only just if i may add. Now the Brits are doing a better job!!

At least all the fund managers, millionaires & billionaires will still be happy that we stayed out of the EU anti-tax avoidance directive (ATAD). This is what Brexit was all about & at each stage that this “oven ready” deal is implemented it becomes more & more obvious

Thank you Cameron, Johnson, Farage, May, Truss, Sunak and all the millions of people who voted for this madness.

It's almost as if the people running things don't have a clue what they're doing

The abuse i had on X last week over this issue, My Sisters firm is nearly going under. she starts work at 5am (unpaid) for the paperwork often takes a stack home its at the stage she broke down crying at the sheer volume of paperwork and decided she needs another job. Why the Abuse according to those in denial about #brexit disaster this is all nonsense nothing has changed, no checks no delays everything is fine, The drivers at the company pull straws who's going to "hell" that's what they call Dover. I swear the level of denial out there if Keir Starmer actually spoke about this and got the media down there people would be horrified,

What a shame that only 16 million, 141 thousand, and 241 people foresaw that this would happen.

..."to get food into this country from Europe". Amazing that the Brits still do not consider themselves to be a part of Europe.

At least Goldman Sachs bankers can now earn 25 times their salary, unlike before Brexit where they would be on the breadline. Thanks Brexit.

Turns out project fear was literally the truth.

The nostalgia for the golden age when the UK was in the EU is overwhelming. Bliss was it to be living in the UK in that time! We could travel freely, our supermarkets were well stocked, and the city of London was the EU's financial hub. How was this thrown away for absolutely nothing of any value at all?

Tens of thousands of European producers are just going to give up exporting to Britain because they have much easier markets for their products.

An Island who voted for taxes on import/export? Just briliant! Cheers from Romania!

Not only has prices increased, but the quality has declined.

Don't despair - Kemi might get a deal on papayas from Samoa.

It's almost like Brexit was a bad idea. Someone should have said something. Oh, wait......
