The basic riffs of this classic blues are played and explained.
This replaces a video I did a while ago. I got the order wrong of the chords between the riffs. I’ve corrected it here.

  • Your a Legend John, I can't believe I'm playing thus riff. You made it so easy to understand that a begginer like me is playing. Thank for helping make a part of my dreams come true, your a rock star 🍻
  • It sure is! Im a huge blues fan and intermediate guitarist and I've always loved John Lee and his tunes are fun to play. I use what I call the "John Lee Shuffle" a lot and its just fun to play and try to add some John Lee style licks in there as well as maybe one or two of my own. Thanks again!

I've played this a lot of different ways over the years, but man this is so pure and true to JLH, and you're a great teacher, John. This is it for me, I will burn this one into my fingertips and deviate very little if at all, this one has the mojo. Thank you sir, you are a master.
  • I love the simple nature of the song yet it sounds so good all together!
