Now a days small school also asking demo even comparing to corporate school here they are observing many things like hand writing, voice, questioning skill,using TLM and PPT but they will give only less salary

Ma'am use passive voice. You are a teacher, but you have written, "Will I select or not?" Here is active voice . But selection is done by authority, not by you, so use will I be selected or not? or Will they select me or not? Next is your pronunciation and knowledge. Budget simply pronunce . Now a day only a degree and experience are not enough they are conducting a written exam and demo also.
