Description - SCP-001 is a designation for two anomalies, SCP-001-A and SCP-001-B. SCP-001-A is a strange black, blinking liquid that emits a static-like noise, the liquid itself seems to be sentient as well as it is usually seen attempting to attack any creature that is spotted on sight. Whenever a victim has been touched/engulfed by SCP-001-A usually becomes an instance of SCP-001-B. SCP-001-B instances are creatures of different varieties that is covered in the SCP-001-A substances with their eyes blank and void of any emotions aside from constant happiness. The SCP-001-B instance are extremely violent. MTF-155 or otherwise known as ‘Toonkillers’ led by SCP-#### has been set out to neutralize any SCP-001-B instances as well as disposing any instance of SCP-001-A.
