Beautiful automobiles back then. I'm so glad my grandparents '64 Impala was kept in the family and I have it in my garage today.

I'm growing more and more fascinated with older cars then today's . They look like toys

Great choice of music to adore these classic cars by!  When I first got behind the wheel gas was about 45 cents a gallon and a kid could earn enough over a Summer to buy his own set of "wheels".  The Good Old Days really were pretty good.  These cars and songs are permanent parts of any old guy's memory...
  • The 1950s and 1960s had the best cars, the best music and the best way of life America ever saw. Don't believe me? Look at America since.

Wonderful. Love Nat King Cole. My father was an executive with Ford from 1957 to 1980. It would break his heart to look at the industry now.
  • Wen America was Alive with Passion 😁AKA The good Ol'days😍 thanks for this wonderful Series 👏👏👏👏😍

I had two brothers bought and gave me a red and white 1955 Ford Crown Victoria a few years back and I have 18 trophies and plaques so far. I am 85 years young and this was my childhood dream car.

What a wonderful video...and thank goodness, most of the cars were from the mid to late'50s...the true golden age of American autos....the glory years, a time when anything when was possible....those convertibles were just breathtaking, and like going back in a time machine for us baby boomers...

I am so enormously grateful that I grew up in this wonderful era, when cars didn’t all look the same. They were truly works of art

Many of these classic American cars can be seen at car shows every weekend here in Los Angeles and throughout California. I go to the Derelict Donuts car show in Huntington Beach, California quite often, you can see anything from rat rods to 1950's and 1960's Detroit Iron. Cars meet at the Adams Avenue donut shop at 6am, the owners go inside for coffee and donuts and we all walk around the parking lot admiring all the cars.

Thanks. Compared to today's cars, the 50's and 60's had the best looking cars. Mmmm
