Great video as always. I love the fact you're really talking about the usability of ships. Too many Youtubers just make some ship tour, a loadout sheet and give some commentaries on the handling or the firepower. But really talking about the practicallity and usage of a ship is quite rare, great job. Concerning the Lightning, I got one at the moment I could. No matter the stats, it was a dream ship for me.

I got the F8C and its now my favorite ship. I only buy ships that I think look cool to me. My son got me into this game but he didn't play very much, so he gave me his cutty black and I never liked the look of it but it has lots of uses so I kept it. When I seen the A1 Spirit I had to have it because I like the look of it. So goodbye cutty black and hello A1 Spirit. The trade from the cutty to the Spirit was only 65 dollars so I say what a trade. for me one ugly ship for one nice ship, I'm in.

Most heavy fighters are beaten by light fighters. When equipped with gimbals and/or when jousting, this heavy fighter can beat light fighters, which is insanity.

I could not resist and melted some stuff for one. It murders its way through vanduul swarm. In PU I’ve been using it for ERTs. Loadout is laser repeaters for the main trigger and gatlings for secondary fire. For missiles I go with rattlers.
