  • Anyone watching this video needs to subscribe. Patrina has become my favorite gardening Youtuber! When I get my notification of a new video, I now go get my pen and paper and take notes. She takes so much time answering emails, comments and making videos. I even won a pack of Cowpeas and they are producing a nice lil crop for me.

I am finally learning how to garden in central Florida thanks to you, Petrina!
  • I recently got into gardening with the ultimate goal of being able to produce and sustain my own seeds and fertilizers and whatnot. College is expensive, and I enjoy saving money by growing food more than working extra, so the thought of winning tomato seeds that thrive in my climate is pretty appealing to my situation lol
  • The monthly and regional videos are very helpful! Thank you!
  • Hi Petrina! I am a new subscriber living in Citrus County, Florida. I have had success with everglades tomatoes but I would LOVE to try Floradade tomatoes. Also, I am amazed that we can grow garlic here! Thank you so much for all this fantastic information!
  • @FloridaGrowing
I world love someof your seeds. Im a central florida home gardener and i share all my produce with my neighbors and friends. Love you
  • I would love to try these tomatoes. My husband is Italian and makes the best lasagna with a homemade sauce. I swear that is the secret ingredient to his lasagna. I have been trying to grow enough tomatoes to make the sauce homemade instead of using canned tomato paste and such. I have about 15 tomato plants between roma tomatoes I started from store bought tomatoes and beefsteak tomatoes from seeds from the dollar store. But, only got a big bowl full of Roma tomatoes so far. Not enough to make a sauce yet. The beefsteak tomatoes are not even close to being red yet. I only have one good beefsteak tomato that is still really green.

  • I have never gotten any success with tomatoes. I tried Sweet 100 and they did great. Now I want to try the Florade. My birthday is August 6th and my wedding anniversary is the 7th. I would be thrilled to win these seeds.
  • We use grass clippings and I have not had to water our garden since my plants sprouted. Even in this heat!!! We have also been blessed with at least one rainstorm each week.
  • @samloganc

we won the thai soldier beans and they are doing great! I am growing them with my snake and long beans. I don't know if we are disqualified for the tomatoes but either way, I am so grateful for your info on what to plant when since we moved here from CA and while we are similar zones it is vastly different what to grow, when and how! Thank you for the great info!
  • @Kory_King
I'd love to grow some tomatoes that aren't the small variety. I have had a difficult time finding a good larger variety that works here in central Florida! New to gardening and your videos are helping me so much.
  • @ivahihopeful
I grew Floradade here in South Mississippi for the first time this year, and they did pretty well. :)
