Harden mass along with a pretty much everything craftable doesn’t scrap when you click scrap all

💯 Can confirm - Junk items that can be used for crafting will not auto scrap when you press "scrap all"

If you are over-encumbered and don't want to trudge to a railway station, from the main map go to expeditions, travel to one of the locations in an expedition - I usually just go to the boardwalk at AC, then once there, go to the map, select Whitesprings and select the FT to the Refuge. Then you can just walk down the stairs to dump all your loot. You don't need to be the team leader to travel to one of the expedition locations and don't need to launch an expedition. It's not uncommon for me to run out of scrip in the scrip machine and I would hold onto them for the next day or dump to a mule and pull them back the next day but that leaves even less scrip for the day. So I'll dump to other players, sell to vendors if it's not something worth keeping. Generally I'll scrip non droppables first so that I don't end up with a non-droppable that I can't drop or transfer to a mule. I have a few empty PA's in my stash or on me - learned that earlier on that it was worth the extra weight at times especially avoiding the walk of shame to a train station after eviction notice.

I am level 703 and have three builds. Bloodied, full health, and power armor build. I will eventually do a fourth which will be a melee build. Didn’t know about carrying an empty chassis. Very great tip which I will include in my inventory. Great video. 👍

But no matter what you’re doing, at some point in the game you‘re going to hit all the limits, even on crafting materials when you’re not a FO1st subscriber. So at one point you’re more busy to keep the balance between collecting and spending than you‘re busy with questlines. 😉 7:14 Actually the game recognizes scrap that is worth not scraping. Junk like hardened mass, death claw claws or stingwing stings won‘t get scraped when you hit scrap all in the junk tab. You have to scrap those items individually. So you’re save using „scrap all“

On PSN, I noticed that there will be a few teams with only 3 people on it. Then 3 more people will just start new teams instead of joining the ones that are almost full. I don't know why kinda makes me go crazy sometimes. Oh, and they're all casual teams, too.

Right out the gate, you’re wrong. If you haven’t made your daily cap limit off vendors, sell any legendary PA pieces ~15 lbs a piece. Keep 3 star melees that weigh ~3lbs. If you do events, dailies, expeditions, there is no challenge to hit daily limit on legendary scrip, save your stash space.

Scrap all doesn’t scrap harden mass.

I seem to be the one that realizes there is a stash box at eviction notice, also a PA crafting station so you can scrap unwanted weapons and armor. So, I always loot all, scrap down to under weight limit and store legendaries if needed to get to the weight limit so I'm not wasting any loot. I'm sure others know this, but a lot of people don't seem to.

I have noticed scrap all not actually give me al the materials before. I was collecting off kills after Moonshine, collecting wood specifically to cook the crap ton of innards I had for selling. I had already collected the wood piles and needed a bit more wood so I hit scrap all with chess boards, brooms, cigar boxes and such. Only got 2 wood out of it when I had a ton of wood items.

dont forget there is that perk that drops the power armor chassis down to 2lbs

I've scrapped my chassis by accident when spamming the scrap button on the armor tab. I think painting some of its pieces (so the chassis get the atom shop symbol) might prevent that but I haven't tested it yet

Sticking to one build meta? Nah I change my build bi-weekly or when I get bored of that gun.

The only time I sell legendaries is when I have used the daily script limit which is $500.00. I don’t have enough room to store them in my stash box so I have no choice but to sell. When I have reached my max caps at vendors I will place legendaries in the red box just outside of train stations. We’ll have to eventually start using a mule for them.

I think the biggest thing I learned is that you shouldn't waste your time chasing the "meta". Yes, there is always going to be "the best build", but you don't need it for anything. I hate bloody builds and conventional weapons, so I am a full hp bow build. I still oneshot west tek super mutants with my bow, so it's fine.
