Originally released in November 1991, ‘Driven By You’ saw success worldwide including reaching No 6 on the UK Singles Chart and No 9 on the US Billboard Album Rock Chart. Re-released to download on June 25 ahead of the forthcoming re-mastered reissue of May’s “Back To The Light” album on August 6, the reissue of the track comes with a scorching new 30th Anniversary video edit. The performance was originally filmed when the Queen legend sang the track live for the first time at the 1991 Guitar Legends concert in Seville, Spain, and during his 1992 South America tour.

Hi Bri!! Hi everybody! I'm Claudio one of the boys in the second car crazy following you over Buenos Aires highway that lovely spring afternoon on November 1992. The first car seen on the vid at 1:03 is driven by Adrian, besides him in the front seat is his mother. The second car seen on the vid at 1:06 is driven by my friend Roberto, Mariel is also in the front seat besides him; in the back seat is a younger Claudio (me, now I'm 53🤣) thumbs up for you 👍, besides me are Danny and Jimena. All we were devoted Brian and Queen fans!! Life is a roller coaster, and for that very moment we feel we were in the ride with you. Our energy and passion can be seen in our faces, we could hardly believe you were so near us! We were lucky enough to meet Rudy Dolezal with his camera capturing all the action, but I think we are representing so many passionate fans throughout the world who love, enjoy, need, support and believe in your music since your first steps with your band. I remember I was so sad with Freddie recently gone, and very afraid of Queen light to turn off, but your songs definitely took me back to the light, and somehow fortunately Queen light also is today brighter than ever before. Thank you Brian for being a great inspiration in my life, and in the whole world. By the way, I don't know who gave you the Indian Chief pendant, but maybe I can find who and I will tell you, that might have been also in Argentina. I love Freddie, of course, Roger and John - they each add their own talent and are amazing people in their own rights - but I admit, Brian has always been my 'favourite'. I mean, what a guy. Makes me both laugh and sad that he doesn't think he's a particularly great singer. Back to the Light is an incredible album, and I am so, so, so excited that it's finally getting the attention and recognition it deserves, all these years later. Never pre-ordered something so fast. This new 2021 mix sounds awesome (can't wait for the remaster of 'Resurrection') and I just know the whole package is going to be flawless. A true singer, a true guitarist, composer, and frontman. Fantastic. Back to the Light is a proper rock record, thirty years on.

Two positive things about this reissue: 1) Uncropped front sleeve photo of Brian 2) CD debut of Driven By You (Ford Advert version) Everything else was available on CD for about 30 years. Great! What a campaign!
