I have to laugh at 'fell and made contact'. The PR person have to try so hard not to say 'fell on'.

What touching that the management is aware of it. Most common people might just stand there helpless and security guards no where to be seen. Then need to go service counter maybe, hopefully some measures would be taken

This isnt news. The music is used to sensationalise a small incident to show badly Malaysian malls for ST knos best reason. Cheap tactic la. Shame on ST and Singapore!
