Big issue too was the implication 'everyone can afford $6 a month'- when you had international viewers whos currency isn't as strong. Not to mention that is $6 on top of other bills and streaming services that offered more.

Dead Meat James even releases the censored videos for free on his channel and links the uncensored videos as either unlisted YouTube videos or has them in his Patreon behind like a 1$ pay wall. THAT'S extra content.

Destroying your relevancy and following on a website which is notoriously difficult to gain relevancy and a following, is a significantly low IQ move. Pure disconnect from the average viewer and the nature of the platform currently.
