Whoever wrote Louise's solo melody did amazing.
  • Y'know, even if it didn't perform as expected in the box office. The fact that this movie exists is just enough for me. Especially having gone seen it on the big screen with a lot of like-minded fans. Many movies make me feel different emotions, but I think bob's burgers is the first one that made me feel just actually legit happy
  • I love the dancing. They aren't perfectly in sync, they arent perfectly chorgraoghed. They are dancing naturally. I love that. It makes it seem more wholesome and real
  • 3:04 There's something so pure about seeing Bob genuinely happy and excited. His character is always so stressed and pessimistic it's nice to see him happy.

The fact that this underperformed at the box office is a perfect metaphor for the show, a high quality gem that goes under appreciated by most but for those that are in the know it’s something that’s incredibly special
  • I love how Bob's Burgers is one of the few animated series where a family cares for each other like every family should.
  • Bob holding the door open for Linda at 3:03 is one of the many small details that show what a non-typical sitcom husband he is
  • I'm not even a bobs burgers fan but this opening puts tears in my eyes... Idk if it's because I haven't felt hopeful or positive in so long. But it's really nice to hear them sing this.
  • I didn't think we were ever gonna learn what the story behind Louise's ears was, but am I glad we did. I cried in the theatre
  • This sequence feels like it was used as "we've got a movie budget and we're gonna show what we can do with it." And it's absolutely perfect
  • “We’ll do that thing 8th grader’s do where you like-like me and I like-like you.” This ONE specific line gets stuck in my head on repeat all the time.
  • Bob’s Burgers is one of the VERY rare instances where the studio changing the original idea WORKS. To think that the show was originally gonna be about a cannibal family feeding customers human meat in their burgers… it would’ve been like every other dark humored adult cartoon out there. You don’t need cruel jokes and senseless violence to make a show more “mature”. And because of the change, Bob’s Burgers became a special rarity amongst other adult cartoons. It’s incredibly wholesome and sweet, becoming the perfect comfort show that’ll put a smile on your face. It’s so hard to find adult cartoons like this nowadays. In fact, it might actually be the only one. That’s what makes Bobs Burgers so special.

God I love the animation in this movie. They’re already expressive characters to begin with but the bouncy-ness they have really does them good
  • @spiralSZN
My absolute favourite moment in this entire song is how each of the Belcher kids walk across the crossing differently, I just think it's a really nice detail
  • You gotta love how Linda’s upbeat attitude and singing gradually bring out the joy in Bob as the song goes on. They are the perfect pair.

I don’t care if it didn’t do “well” at the box office. This movie was meant for the fans. Just like Teddy and Mort we couldn't care less what others say about Bob’s Burgers. We’ll always come back for more! 🍔
  • That shot of Linda pointing at her man when he starts getting on a roll with the lyrics means everything. Bob is such an introverted guy and to see him coming out of his shell here and daring to be optimistic is beautiful. It reflects in how all the family dance in this number. No high or complex choreography. Just honest and loving. “This summer I might see, just what I turn out to be” You may be a box office bomb, but this film being made as well as it was is nothing but a triumph. Support good work. Congratulations to the team for such a great job. Getting the blu ray day one.

This movie is a real treat. Though a successful run at the box office seemed a bit of a longshot, I'm glad this movie got made in the first place!
  • Bob and Linda's relationship is the best. Linda is 100 percent on board with Bob's dreams and helps out in any way she can, and Bob would do absolutely anything to make Linda happy. This number here perfectly captures it in the small details, from the way Linda joins in to say "But you shouldn't think about those fears now" to the way they look at each other and bounce along to the music, and to the way Bob opens the door for her when they're headed to the bank and how they dance together with every step after that.
  • I have never watched a single episode of Bob's Burgers, let alone seen any clips of it. I work at a cinema as a projectionist and I could hear the beginning of this through the back door. I poked my head in and was transfixed for the whole thing. It's so catchy and wholesome and beautifully animated. I am 100% going to watch through the whole series now as I can't get this song out of my head! I love it so much :)
