Dear Spencer,you motivate me so much that today in my neighbourhood i started cleaning the front of a yard on the inside at a house that is empty for 5 years,i going back tomorrow to continue and i am doing it for free,i love this type of work that you and i do,thanks for being my motivation

I agree with the one neighbor lady who said this is a lovely property. I would really like to see a follow-up video where all of the old, dying trees are cut down, and the gigantic, overgrown hedges and shrubs are cut way, way back.

It's sad that so many homes are just left to rot while some family could be enjoying living there and take care of the place themselves.

Spence your really making a difference in all of these communities. I think of each time your doing these clean ups, who the previous owners were, and how your paying honor to them. Keeping up with one’s lawn is hard work, I do mine myself, and i put so much pride into every decision I make while making my property look nice. So I can tell by all the placed rocks, cut in flower beds, and chosen shrubs, that at one time someone stood on there land and THEY felt the pride i’m referring to. Again, you are paying homage to those that were there before. Keep up the good work!

What a cute house. I don't understand why the Niece didn't contact a realtor asap before the home deteriorated. And once a squatter gets in there, they are tough to legally remove.
