I have never understood the women that demand a "provider", a man that can buy them all their designer bags, clothes and cars. What is the point of showing off all these luxury items to the world when you are on the brink of being evicted and homeless? And Dax is right, a man cannot be working 50-80hours a week and be home spending time with you. If you want the luxury items then you don't want a good hardworking man, you want a human Credit Card. The best parts of being in a relationship having that person ypu can rely on, that person who you can share your stresses and rewarding moments. Building something together, a life, a family, a home. That's where its at!

Done. Working 60hr weeks, single father to a 3yr old angel, lost over 70kg (155lbs), had to fight tooth and nail to get 50/50, living back at home, and slowly dying on the inside. Feeling like one step forward, 8 steps back, but i keep going through the motions. Not for myself, but for my little girl. Thanks Dax. I really needed that good cry. Keep pumping out these tracks. You are helping, and making a difference. If any other blokes are reading this message, there is hope. Just keep fighting. If any ladies are reading this, give your man/dad/brother/son/grandfather a hug, and say it'll be ok. We really do need it.

100% DAX!!! I’m a 36 year old truck driver and I bust my a** on a daily to provide and still feel like I fall short of expectations. Not allowed to show emotion but when I do I get silence and avoidance. Being a real man is tough. You are inspiration and all of your music touches me deeply. KEEP IT UP DAX!!!! 🤘🤘

I built my life around my wife and what we had, we tried for a baby and thought she was pregnant and instead she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She started passing away on July 4th and passed at 1am on July 5th. I’ve been lost ever since and this time of year always wants me up. 😢😢 this song brought me to tears and idk what I need to stop this pain that’s been lasting for years. Idk who reading this, but it helps a bit to get it out.

Working 10-12 hour shifts just so my wife can be at home with my 2 little angels. Stay strong, everyone, and try and spend every non working minute with your family and babies. We hurt and grieve together, but to our family we're the rock that holds everything together. Remember that.

Ok I’m bawling 😭 I have 2 boys, 5 and 8 who are full of life and carefree. I have a husband who works all the time, 16-18 hour days 6 days a week so I can stay home with our 3 children. It makes me so sad to know my boys will one day be doing what my husband is doing. Life just drained out of them. And it makes me sad that my husband was once the full of life carefree boy that my little boys are now. My husband can never come to family functions, our kids’ sports games, or anything fun. It sucks. I hate it for him. But I am also so grateful that he is willing to sacrifice for our family, for me so I can stay home with our kids. I just hate how our society operates. We get one short life and majority of people spend it working and away from everything that they love! I do try to make home life easy for my husband. I don’t nag or complain. My husband gets whatever he wants when he wants bc that is my job as his wife! More women need to show compassion towards their husbands. Remember that men have feelings too! They just show their feelings different than women.

Done!! This song is FIRE. I introduced this song to my wife. She was abused, mentally and physically, by her ex for 11 years. I have her now, married her and going on for 9 years in September of 2024. I adopted her autistic son, and daughter, and God blessed us with a babygirl. Now we're FAMILY. Their dad gave up on em. It's been tough, but I will not walk out on them. I'm not the best, but I do my best for them. I work 12 to 14 hours, and still find time for them. For Heavanly fathers and fathers still living, Happy Father's Day!!

One of the reasons why it seams hard for me to achieve my dreams is whenever I get money, first thing that comes in to my mind is going to the studio record a song, but then I learn that there's no food at home. Shout out to all the men out there who put their dreams aside, to provide for their families.🙏
