The plaintiff and defendant used to be friends, but their relationship ended over a borrowed vacuum. They got into an argument and the plaintiff said the defendant kicked her car. Their fight turned physical, and then the plaintiff got arrested. She’s suing for false arrest and pain and suffering. The defendant argues the plaintiff never returned her vacuum. She claims she fought back in self-defense, so she’s countersuing for pain and suffering.

How many times do you have to keep “borrowing” someone else’s vacuum before you get your own? 😒
  • Calling somebody a crackhead when you borrow vacuums with no neck and sweating from your eyes is nasty work!
  • @zleggins1
So your mom can give you 3K to bond you out, but not $60 for a vacuum🤷‍♀️
  • @Mocharocks9966
When Doug said you’re too old to be fighting I think that hit her harder than the plaintiff 😂😂
  • @janicester
I do not respect a grown woman who can't buy a vacuum. AND THEN...gets all huffy and puffy when the owner wants it back. Girl...be gone.
  • @Ctownsend1990
She proved why she got arrested in the end lol. And what’s crazy is that “crackhead” let you borrow a vacuum repeatedly because you couldn’t get your own. Soooo maybe she shouldn’t judge lol
  • @tenny1010
The defendant is NOT a crackhead; because if she was, she would have been sold that vacuum. 😂😂The plaintiff is a menace
  • Why she gotta ask for her own vacuum... U r supposed to return it after each use
  • “This is the plaintiff, I-Need-A-Day” 😂😂😂 dont we all?!
  • @HTAnderson76
HOW is the Plaintiff going to have the audacity to say that she borrowed the defendant's Vacuum Cleaner and then TOLD the defendant that she didn't like the way that the defendant asked for her own vacuum cleaner back? Like, HUH? Did she seriously just say that????
  • @Imissyoulou
My mother taught me, don't borrow, don't lend. HAVE YOUR OWN.
  • @scribe712
Calling her a crackhead on national TV is defamation. She should hire an attorney and use the video as evidence.
  • @brittney5775
I never heard of someone borrowing a vacuum cleaner. That’s like borrowing someone’s tv or their microwave.
  • @dawinebergeron
Doug, please 😂😂😂 Between, “You might be back in court…who knows?” And “You’re too old to be fighting, you know that.” I can’t!! 😂
  • @mariaredding7049
Lord have mercy, I really started the episode over just to make sure I wasn't going crazy when I heard what the plaintiff name is😂😂😂
  • @ochemwhiz
Hell no that cannot be the plaintiff's name 😂
  • @ebonywhite5846
Right now I have a really close friend that I genuinely love. She’s super sweet and down to earth. We met because she would ask to borrow my vacuum cleaner from time to time. AND she always brought it back. I didn’t have to go looking for my vacuum. Til this day we tight as 4c curls lol ❤

PLEASE tell me the plaintiff's parents didn't give her the name "Inita Day". That's just putting her behind the 8-ball at the start of her life!
