Ms Sisulu , you are all talk. You had 30 years to deliver. You personally did very little . The ANC did less. Step aside if the kitchen is too hot . The country needs to move forward . You are in the way .

This woman is an entitled racist. Not wiling to compromise or negotiate.
  • Well done to the presenter interviewing her! I take my hat off to you for standing your ground and not letting Ms Sisulu walk all over you. I am cheering you on for getting the answers that the people want !
  • Former Minister Lindiwe Sisulu: you have been part of the government for the last 30 years. You mismanaged the Water & Sanitation portfolio so badly that our people in various parts of the country are stuck with unclean water. Then, as Minister of Tourism, you gave the greenlight for millions of Rands to be spent on a UK football team. WHERE WAS YOUR CONCERN FOR 'OUR PEOPLE'. WE ARE GOD'S PEOPLE, NOT ANY POLITICAL PARTY OWNS US. Get off that high horse!

To me it sound like a panicked person who knows their dirty laundry is about to be aired once their offices are occupied ..
  • “Our people have been waiting 30 years for us to deliver our promises for them”. Why didn’t you?!? 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

No, Lindiwe is wrong. There is no ideological difference here; it is a question of responsibility and ethics. The DA understands that the majority of South Africans need to be served and recognizes the state's responsibility to do so. They are not serving only "their people"; they are serving people of your standing (you, Ms. Sisulu), the rich, wealthy, and middle classes. Your party has done the same thing since 1994. However, in the process, you have kept the marginalized marginal with your grants and limited interventions. The DA has not been given a chance to prove how it can govern at the national level. At the provincial level and in some local municipalities, we see that they cater largely to the same classes that the ANC has serviced since 1994—your kind, Ms. Sisulu. The ANC has never had a consistent ideological position; it has always had a responsibility to safeguard the interests of the formerly colonized in a post-colonial and post-apartheid society. This is a fundamental responsibility of any post-colonial state: to serve the forgotten and marginalized. This responsibility is not lost on the DA’s vision for running South Africa. They understand, as the ANC does, that failure to serve the majority will lead to instability, making life even more difficult for the elites, including yourself, Ms. Sisulu. They will likely maintain social grants and might even be creative in reshaping approaches to our post-colonial and post-apartheid challenges. They contributed to this mess (White people in South Africa, historically) – let them have a chance at fixing it. South African people have shown that they are not blind and loyal to one party – they are patient, but only for so long. The ANC knows this now. The ANC and the DA both know that neglecting the needs of the majority can lead to unrest and instability. In short, bethuna (people), the DA deserves a chance to address the mess that has accumulated. South Africans, there is no "ideological difference" here; it is a matter of ethics. Can the DA be ethical if given a chance to govern South Africa? We have yet to see. Stop this nonsense, Ms. Sisulu. Rest in your comfortable home and let South Africa decide its fate. Hlala phantsi Makhulu' Lindiwe: watch like all of us. Awuna-power ngoku Makhulu.
  • Eish! If you're still wondering why ANC did so poorly, I hope this lady helped clear it up for you now
  • What's funny to me is that the DA is the second largest party. So why would you ignore all the people that voted for them as if they don't matter?
  • @LeonKotze70
The ANC "taking the country forward".... what a bloody joke of a statement...
  • @user-ik3bx1qe4o
The DA will keep you accountable, perhaps that is her main reason for her" WHY the DA"
  • Hi Clement! U handled her well. Lindiwe is arrogant, & she wanted 2 bully u. She failed. Your questions & responses 2 her 'whys' were spot on. We now c why they have lost & why they will continue 2 lose even going forward with leaders like her.
  • @markwinter7511
"Why do we need to be monitored".... seriously😂😂😂😂
  • @vegetasamatv
The coalition should be for South Africa not the parties.
  • @sibow
Honestly this black and white thing, asiydingi! Leave the past in the past
  • @user-qj5xr8pu5x
The DA is continues to do something for their people like in the WC, the question is what has the ANC done for their people in 30 years?
