Being Filipino is simple but dangerously contagious , especially if you start to INTAKE the feelings of its essence. . . and you NELLY is very, very close to the DANGER ! Be cautious or you may one day wake up being a full pledge FILIPINA ! ! ! ! 🥰🥰🥰
  • Big shout out to all Filipinos all over the world and to all Filipinos at heart as well 🫰😁

My lolo taught us how to treat strangers visiting our home. He said "welcome strangers visiting our home as a friend that may possibly not able to see again and that maybe is the only chance we got to give them a good remembrance". hence.... the Filipino hospitality.

In addition, Filipinos are joyful, jolly most of the time😁 There are more. They are more relaxed, more patient than any other race amd are long tempered🙂 They are the most resilient people on earth. They can handle disasters, misfortunes in life that come their way with a smile on their face☺️ and bounce back from all those😄

The respect that Filipinos are willing to impart others lead to tolerance of individual differences as well as what other people lack. It is best manifested during karaoke parties. Some foreigners say that they can only sing their hearts out during karaoke in the Philippines and end up never doing it again after they return to their countries. It is because whether people can sing well or even horribly, they are being cheered on to sing their hearts out because your talent don’t matter. Everybody gets to sing and party.

I’ll also say that much of these Filipino values are Christian also. The respect (honor your father and mother), the taking care of your neighbors and not coveting their things, the do undo others as you would want to be treated, the “whatever you do to the least of you, you do to me”. The use of Po, Ate, Kuya. Outwardly, and benevolent love trumping less worthy loves and as the basis for family and community. The treatment of friends as family. This is all deeply Christian. I can feel the attitude reaction when one addresses someone as brother or sister. I know what this is.

If you come to the Philippines, you will see and experience beautiful and amazing things. You will also encounter some bad/sad things. All in all, it's a well-balanced experience. Then you will realize the differences and appreciate what you have.

Yeah Filipino are family oriented family first before your own specially our parents is the most important in the world... Because nothing can compared to our parents who take care of us when we are a little until we grow old they still there by our side! We respect our parents even though sometimes we mis understood by them but they love us the most ❤

Filipino Heart remain full . Not to worry to much like paying cars because lot of tricycles. I have been living abroad most of my life. But when ever l go home for a holiday. It feels so relaxing. Full of fun . There is no place life Philippines. Food on the table is beyond more than what we have abroad. Because when you eat with your friends abroad we often have individual food. But in Philippines with friends family are sharing food salo salo 😂 Filipino the most luckiest people on earth. We are so practical, diligent, one can cook , dance , sing , clean, joke, teach, you name it Filipino can do almost everything.😂

Bayanihan (community mutually helping each other) is part of Filipino culture as well as utang na loob (debt of gratitude) to our parents.. Love and loyalty are also very important to us..
