I was watching one of my other favorite YouTubers & I saw your video pop up…..I immediately scrambled over to watch you & I was not disappointed!!. I am always on the lookout for your lessons & I, again got some for my 8 year old house. It’s very nice, but, needs those custom touches, especially since this may be my last home. I’m a Single 67 yo woman, still trying to do a few things. Tomorrow, a construction team is coming to help me refresh my screen porch w/ knee walls of that PVC material & hardiplank siding to marry w/ the house, a new vinyl door & trim. Then, maybe next year I’ll change screens to those vinyl 4-track windows or windows. So glad you found that tile !! I knew you would make it look like it was planned !! You are my She-ro !! I learn so much from you. You are Blessed to have a great Team too. Good Luck on the sale. It looks amazing & I knew it would. Recoup that investment & more !! And BTW, I got those nice lessons from your brother-in-law, the stud finder via a tape measure & the new good looking flood lights!! Love the floors. I’m wondering if I can add new floors on top of mine, like you guys did. They are dark vinyl (not the best either) & I hate them. I have extras in the basement & I think they glued them down. Ugh ! We bought a house that was flipped and from previous pictures of it on zillow, it was a nightmare. They put everything new in, we even had new appliances and ac when we bought it. We were really grateful and could tell they took the time to pick out the tiles and counter tops carefully. I bet the new owners of your home will love it.

Watching your video always help me. I’m a female with dyslexia, but watching you do stuff you always give me confidence to try it. I may not be the best at it, but I do like to do woodworking, but I have to do it in such a way that works with my dyslexia. So I thanks you on the behalf of the women and little girls who know with practice and patient we can do this. All my life when I wanted to make or built something some male would doing for me and make watch or hand them the screws and part. Until I started watching all your videos I was told that we got this. Again thanks.

I have heard of notes/letters/coins/bills being put in between the rafters or studs when building a house. A skull would be so funny. Great job Natalee and family!!
