  • Hi 👋 I’m glad you talked about posture today. I remember our Mother always telling us to sit up straight as far back as elementary school. It’s very important because I see so many people that look broke down. That’s what lights a fire 🔥 under me as well. I don’t want to be in that situation I want to be able to take care of myself for as long as possible. 💪🏾

    Hey Magda most of the time I'm in pain, this will work out just fine for me. I have an arch in my back it has improved because I started being conscious about how I walk now and keep my back straight. Thank you again. How are your kids and hubby. God bless.

    I def know i got a lil hunch back popping from getting a wfh job which was great initially, but then they over worked me REAL BAD, then the whole team got laid off suddenly which led me being on the scroll on the phone trying to get my mind off things while searching for work, thank GOD i recently started a new job but the phone habit stuck. Now that im aware of the hunch back tho ive been researching ways to try to reverse it as well as limit phone time, so this video was very helpful thank you!
