The Naked Swordcerer! You only have time to attack once between each attack, DON’T get greedy. And you can only use your flask after he shoots fire. Watch out for when he raises his shield, dodge as he lowers it. Also watch out for when he lowers his axe behind him (after it’s charged with red lightning) because he will sweep it forward and send a wave of red lightning that is wide.
