8 chicken thighs.

3 cloves of garlic.
Fry the garlic and onion for another 3 minutes.
240 ml / 8 fl oz beer.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
4 tablespoons soy sauce.
1 tablespoon honey.
1 teaspoon paprika.
2 teaspoons oregano.
2 teaspoons sesame seeds.
1 teaspoon mustard.
5g dark chocolate.
Add the sauce and cook with the lid closed for another 15 minutes.

Minced meat 600 gr / 21 oz.
1 teaspoon salt.

Fry the meatballs for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Place meatballs on a plate.

Cook the onions until they are translucent.
4 tomatoes.

3 tablespoons tomato paste.
1 cup water 240 ml / 8 oz.
Cook with the lid on for 15 minutes over low heat.

Laminated Almonds 30 gr / 1 oz.
Bake for 40 minutes at 190 °C.
