PART 1 of the Mid Coast is 'south' of the South Port Beach at Port Noarlunga.

It is a rich ground of protected reef and reveals from a height, spectacular colours under different tides and wind conditions.

There is ample access down to the beach itself from numerous stairways and paths.

Along the top of the cliffs runs a wide walk way and this stretches both north and south of this coastline for several kilometres.

Great run along the south coast - especially interested to see earthworks over a culvert in front of a big carpark near the Esplanade Seaford Rd intersection. Will keep an eye out for erosion there in future. Sparkling colours!
