The reoccurring leimotif is pretty much considered Teyvat's motif which exists in some way on every region's music. You shouldn't be surprised if it pops out on the characters' themes when it so interlaced already with everything else. It's like being surprised that the Fatui leitmotif appear on every Fatui Harbingers music, whether that be their demo music or their boss music.
