I remember the old days we used to have the big Yaumati ferry to the off shore Islands from Central. The journey took about 50 minutes.

Always good - but a superb novelty. How did you get to Mui Wo? Light bus or blue taxi from Sunny Bay (tho could be different day!)? If you get the chance of other ferries - would be good. From the smaller islands maybe, or even to/from Macau. Whatever - like your UK routes but loving your HK output! Maybe just do a 5 min video on travel payment options in HK (or UK!). Load an octopus? Contactless debit/credit cards? Special cards from each bus/mtr/ferry company?
