Notice how at 1:09 Xqc asks what the guy said. Not a single person in chat copies/ pastes the full message. I believe in that moment the time traveler attempted to reset time, but failed to erase it completely from chats memory. All they erased was the actual memory of the full text, not the memory of his slip up. Time Travel is real Aware

Guys it's not a time traveler. It's an inverted person on the blue team, who was going backwards to perform a temporal pincer movement on the question, with xQc on the red team. Of course, the commenter doesn't specify what exactly the question will be, or was from their perspective, because "ignorance is our ammunition".
