As someone who's done asphalt work for basically my entire neighborhood, if you decide to do this on your own and are either struggling to get your hands on a power washer or cant get all the dirt off the pavement youre working on, dish soap and water, a clean broom, leaf blower, paver squeegee, and a basic hose works just fine in cleaning and prepping for the sealer.
