Capacity of 5.11 Tactical Backpack, Rush 24 - 37 liters

I wanted to know what I could carry with this and found nothing that actually gave me a real world idea, so here it goes for anyone else in this situation. I think for what I need, which is a grocery getter using my bike. As I have no license, I wouldn't mind the next size up though. Like the 55 liter Rush 72. But this is OK for now. I'm Just showing what I was able to fit into it after an actual shopping trip. It was pretty close to max capacity with this stuff. Not really a heavy load this time, but even with heavier loads it does carry well. Also I've since gone with tubeless tires, so no more patch kit. Much nicer, completely ended the problems with sand-spurs.

    Great stuff, the only person who reviewed this and actually put stuff in it. Great idea, now I know what I can stuff in it. Why do they call it the "Rush 24" if its 37 Liters????? Wouldn't Rush 37 be a far better name.....just sayin'
