That’s great that you made these changes towards letting go of some of these things! I love it. Less is more and their’s no room for things that don’t bring happiness. I’m thinking of getting rid of my IG too as I’m barely on there. I have taken 2 weeks off from Booktube too this month so far and never felt better. 😂. I don’t do TikTok, but I’m glad to still visit you on Patreon! :)

It’s hard finding time for it all. I abandoned my inchoate Discord long ago. Deleted TikTok. Deleted Twitter. Still halfway paying attention to IG, but only partially (I like watching reels… Sue me). Main focus is just YT, even for the shorts. I feel like I have to do one thing the best I can, instead of a lot of things half-assed. Good for you, girl 🤗

Glad to know about your Discord situation. I was kind of surprised when I saw the discord server vanished. Managing multiple socials can be overwhelming. I wish you the best on your writing journey.

It is honestly so hard to keep up with everything that is involved in being a "creator", and it's completely ok that you are making changes that are better for you.

I don't know how creators have so many things going at once. I'm not on all those platforms. I just make videos. Because of depression and because I have a job that requires traveling, and I've been away from home for a while, I haven't made a video since mid-June. I get home late on Sunday. Hopefully after that I can revive my channel.
