He has a strong orientalid influence with eastern med phenotype. Also it is strange that he looks like a North African with strong Med influence. I am not sure.

My mother is 4.0% Greek on MyHeritageDNA. She's adopted. I researched her biological ancestors and none of them are Greek. But she does have French ancestors. Maybe that is where the Greek is from.
