Rezala is the white creamy velvety gravy reverently served in the restaurants along with Chicken or Mutton and it’s usually eaten with Rumali Roti.

The Fish Rezala is the new avatar of this traditional Mughlai dish. The tender and juicy fish is cooked in a thick yet mild gravy. This dish is usually served with steamed rice. This innovative dish is a standout recipe for the special lunch or weekend parties.

Though Chicken/Mutton Rezala is a Mughlai cuisine, Fish Rezala was prepared for the first time, by a renowned chef of bengal. Generally, Rohu fish is the favoured one for preparing this dish but many a varients of fish maybe used. This dish is light yet rich in taste and in a magical way, a very simple fish based dish turns into a recipe fit for royalty. The smooth yogurt-based gravy goes really well with any rice based preparation and is ideal for summer.
Give it a try!
