Anxiety being a magnifying glass to only negative things is so true.
  • @DoctorRamani
Thank you Kendall for having the courage to share your story! It was an honor to have this important conversation with you. I hope the tips we shared help others who may be struggling with anxiety too.
  • I hate that a lot of people view having anxiety and being shy as being “rude”. My parents don’t understand my anxiety (though they say they do) because multiple times after we have met people my parents have told me that the people probably thought I was rude and stuck up. It’s really does suck.

Dr. Ramani is such a blessing to the world of psychology. Didn't know she sat with Kendall Jenner and I didn't know Kendall was having these issues. It's a new way of looking at celebrities instead of just all glitz and glam.
  • @graceslip5354
YouTube getting real comfortable with these no skip adds
  • As a psychology student, this kind of conversation makes me happy. Seeing people in the big industry talk about mental health is one of the best ways to show to people that mental illness is true and not just an imagination.

She mentioned numbness as a symptom and Im so glad- I have an anxiety disorder (diagnosed) and I rarely hear people mention this symptom as it can/is a daily physical disability.
  • I struggle with anxiety. And when doctor Ramani said people who tend to struggle with anxiety are people who are in tuned. Who are more aware and notice. I felt it. And it was my first time accepting anxiety as a normal and kind of out of my control thing. In the sense that it's not a weakness. It's not because of me. It has an explanation that is not bad. And it is true for me. I can walk into a room and sense a mood right away. I read people's body languages and hear their words in a different way. Most call it emotional intelligence. My therapist kind of threw it out there that as intelligent people we tend to suffer a little bit more because we are more aware. It was my first time hearing someone say I'm intelligent. It changed my life. I also came across a video on this channel that spoke about truth seeing people. And you mentioned we also tend to struggle with anxiety. It is hard when you see things that others do not see. Your voice is silenced. You are gaslight. It's heartbreaking to think one has to suffer so much for something that is a blessing. But after this video. I embrace my anxiety. So proud of Kendall. Always been a huge fan. And love love love Dr Ramani.

She’s already had like 5 obsessed stalkers try and break into her house. I couldn’t sleep at night
  • How could she not have anxiety? She’s had a lot thrown at her at an early age. Bless her... I know what she is saying and I think she is helpful to talk about it.
  • @lychee522
I have anxiety AND i couldn't even talk about anything personal even with my "close friends" i just have the fear of them not wanting to listem to my stories and stuff.i still suffer it to this day.i want to try and be more open with my close friends
  • @RoxyReyes
I hope she is able to overcome her anxiety its hard to deal with it celebrity or not.
  • @sophiec3592
My 17 year old daughter is dealing with this she used to be so cheerful :( ..... I’m trying my best to help her maybe we’ll watch this together today
  • The short of breath, feeling like people staring at you. Oh that sounds so familiar. It's terrifying.
  • To everyone asking what can Kendall Jenner be anxious about, here are few things I’d be anxious about if I was in her position! : 1 being famous and everyone knowing me and coming up to me and talking to me 2 what I look like constantly 3 flying all around the world 4 stalkers 5 my private information becoming public knowledge 6 if my friends are actually my friends or people using me
  • @MedCircle
Such an important conversation 💙 We are so honored that MedCircle and Dr. Ramani got to be a part of this
  • @gracemccoy5402
the part of this video that truly sent me was when she asked Dr. Ramani how to handle anxiety over a loved one who isn't being cautious about covid...weren't you the one who had a massive birthday-halloween party during one of the worst time periods for COVID?? and then told everyone not to take any pictures or videos to avoid being called out??
