About Invincible:
INVINCIBLE is an adult animated superhero series that revolves around 17-year-old Mark Grayson, who’s just like every other guy his age — except his father is the most powerful superhero on the planet, Omni-Man. 0:56 the single most uncanny part of this video is Mark not getting cut off by the title card

If you put aside all the brutality and cruelty, it's kinda nice seeing Nolan and Mark get along as father and son 😂
  • @KaningLamigin
Omni man telling robot he should've died at birth was just savage 😭 Oh and also the genocide
  • @waltuhhimself
"No one goes hungry, no one dies from cancer" I see this as an absolute win

My head cannon for this universe is Nolah called Debbie "a lovely woman who he will forever cherish" instead of a "pet" and mark was sold
  • I like to think that Omni man’s speech was a turning point for a chunk of alternate invincibles, if he had worded it better, mark would have joined him

Mark: How could you do this ?! Nolan: That was your fault. Your stubbornness against the inevitable killed those people. Evil Mark: We didn't destroy your cities. You destroyed them by fighting back. The Mark of this univers truely inherited his father's manipulations skills...

“Since your all part of the resistance….we need to kill you” had me SCREAMING!🤣🤣🤣😭💀

What would be scarier is if this version of Mark actually has "valid" reasons for conquering Earth. Perhaps he saw a much more ruthless example of what the Viltrim Empire does to a resisting planet. In that case, he might see him and his father as the only "good" option left because they might be the "nicest" and "softest" Viltrimite conquerors that Earth can ask for. That would put a darker spin on his quote "The more you resist the worse this gets".

Debbie was mostly the key element in raising Mark and showing OmniMan the beauty of Humanity. She was Nolan’s Lois Lane to his Evil Superman.

“She’s not dead just paralyzed so I can still visit” ☠️☠️☠️☠️
  • "Tried to take over YOUR planet" that subtle change to 'your planet' was the most chilling thing for me. Mark no longer sees himself as part of Earth

    “MURDERERS!” “Ah! A volunteer!”

I bet this version of mark either got his powers earlier in life or his father influenced him more. His softness and heroism was more so thanks to his mother
  • What makes this version of Mark more terrifying than his apparent sociopathy, is the fact that it probably isn’t sociopathy at all. It feels more like this Mark is broken, that he was still capable of empathy, but now he’s all deflective like his father was with him during their big fight because he doesn’t want more people to get hurt and is convinced that people will get hurt if they don’t accept the Viltrum Empire as he did. He’s in the darkness of it all and probably too far gone now. His father had turned his empathy against him. That reminds me: What happened to Debbie?
  • 2:37 if you notice, omni-man looks terrified for a sec there. bro must've had flashbacks of the Man with the Invincible Gun 💀

It really shows how important Debbie was as a mother. Without her influence, Marks ego and manipulation from Omni-Man would have taken over. This Mark isn't even evil by nature, he just thinks "If Dad says it's good then it must be.".
