despite san not being part of the dance line when he debuted, not only is he such an exceptional performer, he's such an amazing dancer now! I'm so glad people appreciate him for his skills because he's always been one of my favorite dancers in ateez

For anyone interested - the actual main dancers of the group are Yunho, Wooyoung and Mingi, while San is the lead vocalist (all of them often get just called performers though) :)

San's original position is Lead Vocalist (he auditioned as). But he's really that great that always got mistaken as main dancer, even the members acknowledge how San improve soo much than when he just entered without any dance background and he's now one of the best dancer not only in ateez but also in whole kpop industry. Hongjoong and Seonghwa said on live, they will be upset if San didn't call as dancer line. On their latest comeback showcase, FINALLY, KQ introduce San as "Lead Vocalist, Lead Dancer and Fan Attracting Fairy".

Even mingi (main dancer) said that San is one of the best dancers of group now. Also seonghwa and jongho choosed San as the best dancer along with yunho. ❤❤❤

I love the comment about San “he doesn’t look awkward” because a lot of people don’t like how he performs. But I feel if you are on stage performing , and this is your job that you love, why wouldn’t you always want to give 110%?

San moves differently, he's not only a great performer but also dancer! The way he embrace the dance moves and make it his own without losing the original dance is just crazy

I don’t know if San will ever see this or if he’s aware of all the times professionals or idols praised him but he really deserves it more than anyone else. Like ateez always say, San is hard work and passion. He went from nothing to becoming the best performer in kpop, making a name for himself in the industry months after his debut despite coming from a small company and being part of a still not known group. He literally is the definition of hard work. When the other members were all way ahead of him, 5 out of 8 coming from different agencies/companies so with a solid start while San only knew how to sing and compose songs. And despite that look at him now, not a professional that doesn’t point out how good of a dancer he is. So yes while all of them are great dancers and in kpop there are so many talented idols, no one deserves these praises more than San. He worked hard to get where he is now and I he deserves to be proud of himself and everything he achieved

San has all my admiration, going from failing a dance assessment as a trainee to becoming one of the most recognized performers of the fourth generation. His hard work has taken him far and his style is quite recognized in Korea and the world

I love how san antis try to say people who say san is one of the best dancers in ateez cant tell the difference between performing and dancing but then you have so many professional dancers say that san is an amazing dancer.
