I Really Like Chainsaw Man

So Chainsaw Man has finally finished, and what a fantastic job the Mappa animators did in this anime. Let's talk about what aspects of the show I like, from the cast, animation etc.

    Ever since Demon slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen the Shonen-battle genre has entered a new phrase. In which author are fine with killing enough characters for the sake of the narrative off. A faster paced story in a personal realm that make it look like more of a character driven story. What's fascinating about CSM for me at least is the absurdity but also not necessarily the action,gore or fan service that matters. What makes this series stand out is the relationships the characters have with each other and how they are changed by it. What also helps CSM is it's incredibly fast pacing. Never before had a series such a hype when it still was in weekly shonen jump. Author Fujimoto felt so motivated by the success that he decided to work on a part 2.
