These trucks are TERRIBLE, AVOID THEM! Most new trucks you can buy right now are overpriced pieces of junk. But there are a few that standout as the absolute worst. And since some of you who watch my videos hate money and are still buying these piles of garbage... We're going to show you the 8 worst new trucks that only dumb people buy...

I drive a 31 year old GMC Sierra....305 V8... trouble free driving.... No screens, No Apps, No Garbage....& I'm just fine with that....

All trucks are too expensive! That's why there's "lot rot."

That Honda is $20K more than I paid for my 2006 4wd Cummins truck. Yes, I know inflation is a thing but holy shit! I'll be driving old junk for the rest of my life.

$52,000+ for a Honda! That dealership is smoking crack! 🤣

Ridgeline owners dont need the "truck" experience. We like a nice comfortable ride and roomy interior and it is nice to have a truck bed for the occasional moving of a sofa or fridge. But 52K for a new one is crazy.
  • All the dealers in my area (Chicago) are told by upper management do not take any electrics on trade, no exceptions.

People say the old Tundra is dated but it’s more reliable than the newer one. Lesson learned old is better.

I have had an experience at a dealership that I’ve never seen in my 52 years on this planet. I actually had a sales person at a Ford dealership telling me that they wouldn’t sell me a lightning because everyone that has been sold has come back.

I always called a Ridgeline a SUV with a birth defect.

My 2023 Ford Maverick has the towing package, bed mat, because I don't want any liner, they're ugly, I paid $25,000 even. It's turbocharged and extremely fast and it gets 28 miles per gallon and I'm a lead foot. I have consistently pulled 3,500 lb and it tows beautifully. It is rated for 5,000 lb. And it is all wheel drive.

Buy an older vehicle and save the headaches.

U need a polarized lens filter for your camera. It should help with glass reflections.

The Honda Ridgeline will suprise you. Have towed a 6K pound Travel Trailer with zero issues.

Paid MSRP for my Ram ten years ago. Its now at 190K miles without one issue. I got a Gladiator Mojave for 26% off MSRP. Our family has a few Pentastars with over 200K miles. I do synthetic oil changes when I rotate tires every 5K miles. I opted to keep my Ram for my larger trailer. The kids love the Jeep and picked the color.
  • 35 thousand dollars to replace a battery pack. Who has that kind of money just laying around. Nobody i know

You missed the mark on this one. If someone buys a Maverick because they just need a small bed for Lowe’s runs or taking junk to Goodwill that doesn’t make them stupid — they bought what they needed. I call them smart. You just disagree with them. Also, you suggest a Ram as an alternative for many trucks in your video. Rams are overpriced and have typical Stellantis quality problems. I owned a Ram 1500 for 7 years and it was nothing but trouble. Never again.

Alright.... i will say and bought a f150 lightning. Walked out the door $40K. They completely bought out my ford transit loan. No down payment 18K off. With the right set up at home and what you use it for. It was a totally win. (I use the truck for my electrical business running to jobsites all over. I drive over 100 miles a day. Cheaper then paying $400 on gas a month.
